Rode Hard and Put Away Red

Our day started watching the sunrise - that's right sunrise - on the 7th hole of the Prince course. We then got ourselves together and installed the Bike rack!  Took the bikes 18 miles down the road to KeaLia Beach just north of Kapaa, The amazing part, is after two different configurations of installations we got it right and did not lose our rack or our bikes on the trip.  Took a 6 mile bike ride down the beach past the town of Kapaa and back. Gorgeous day plenty of sunshine and sunscreen at least I thought....  After the bike ride laid on the beach and had a snack.  The waves started to pick up a bit so we decided to do some body boarding.  Caught some great waves and then took a long walk up the north end of the bike trail.  

By the time we got home Allen realized he had maybe had a little too much sun.  Nothing a couple good slatherings of Aloe couldn't fix but just the same not the most comfortable night sleep.
